DMY Design Festival Berlin 2008

DMY – The Countdown is Running!!!

The final 12 days of the application time for the DMY design festival 2008 have kicked off. Participants still have until February 27, 2008, to send in their applications to the DMY in Berlin.

The design festival offers the DMY YOUNGSTERS an exhibition surface of 7.000 m2. For the fist time, the DMY ALLSTARS event will feature decentralised exhibition locations: all of those active in the field of product design, or at the crossroads between design and art can sign up with their studios and showrooms. The exhibitors of the DMY enjoy the opportunity of introducing their work to a broad public of professionals and design aficionados. Amongst the international participants who have already signed up for the event, we have applicants from Barcelona, Brussels, Hong Kong, Istanbul, London, Milan, Seoul, Shanghai, Taiwan, Tel Aviv, Tokyo and Vienna. Applications for the DMY Design Festival will be selected by an international jury. In this way, the DMY guarantees that this year, the Festival shall continue focusing on work that reaches from innovative design projects to the realm of the experimental.
