Iekeliene Stange - Berlin Fashion Week 09
During the upcoming Berlin Fashion Week top model Iekeliene Stange will exhibit her personal photographs presented by projektGALERIEshowrooms.
ProjektGalerie is holding another intimate and unique exhibition created especially for Berlin Fashion Week. Their past exhibitions included “Mario Borsato by Andy Warhol” and Fumi Nagasaka’s “Bahnhof Zoo”. This time top model Iekeliene Stange will present her personal photographs.
The opening takes place simultaneously with the opening of projektGalerie’s Designer Sales & Shopping Boutique.
The photography by Iekeliene Stange, a known face of fashion, has recently caugth the eye of the media. Having documented the going ons backstage at fashion shows for several years, Iekeliene is noted for her against-the-grain approach. Now she will be exhibiting some of her most personal works.
Through the medium of the instant photography, this exhibition provides an insight into Iekeliene’s everyday life, a compact reference to her world. It will contain colourful instant photographs, offering a taste of the absurd and surreal world within which she lives and works.
The opening of the exhibition “I like ponies - by Iekeliene Stange” which is presented by pGs, will take place on Tuesday, January 27th at 7pm.
