With around 100 million views on MySpace US rapper Lil Wayne has the most visited profile of all times!
On the 6th of June Lil Wayne releases his sixth solo album “Tha Carter III”! In the USA being the most awaited hip-hop album of the year, the long player marks the triumphant finalization ot the “Tha Carter” trilogy which was started by the rap superstar in 2004.
A new record has been set with the 1.5 million reservations in the USA for the album of the “Best Rapper Alive”. This time he gets joined by Jay-Z, Busta Rhymes and Ludacris, while Kanye West, Swizz Beatz, Robin Thickle and Cool & Dre are on the list of producers.

Already the first single release from the album “Lollipop” (featurung Static) makes clear that Lil Wayne is lifting himself to an even higher level with the final part: the track is the most aired hip-hop single in US-radio of all times and she easily made it to #1 on the Billboard charts in the first week after it’s release. Not moving from the top three records since weeks “Lollipop” has been sold 1.2 million times as download while 1.4 million ring tones got downloaded.

In Germany the Lil Wayne fever has finally arrived: “Lollipop” is currently #1 in the German club charts and made a huge jump in the airplay charts: from #199 to #87. After three days only she managed to get into the top 25 of iTunes music store. The video for “Lollipop” is running on the highest powerplay rotation on MTV since the 12th of May.
