Made of Honor - Movie Premier in Berlin
On May the 15th, the new Sony Pictures comedy - “Made Of Honor” will start in the theatres across Germany and last night it premiered in Berlin.
Hours before the stars of the night, Patrick Dempsey and Michelle Monaghan, arrived, a huge crowd of fans had gahtered in front of the Cine Star at Sony Center Potsdamer Platz in Berlin, who were patiently waiting for the actors and the many celebrities who were announced to attend the Germany premiere of “Made Of Honor”.
At 7.30pm the moment had come when first Patrick Dempsey and next Michelle Monaghan left the limousine at the red carpet - which was white as a bridal dress - just like the one Michelle wears in the movie.
Well known from his role in the series Grey’s Anatomy, Patrick Dempsey wore a black suit, while charming Michelle Monaghan didn’t wear the little black dress, but some short grey creation which took the spectator’s breath away.
Lovely and especially last night very attractive Michelle Monaghan stars in the romantic comedy as the good “old” friend of Patrick Dempsey who is, just like in real life, sexy, successful and a ladie’s man like no other. Since many years both share a deep friendship which is purely platonic and Michelle, who plays the character of Hannah is the only constant in heartbreaker Tom’s life. One day Tom finally realizes that superficial relationships aren’t the meaning of life, Hannah finally finds her mr. right, just when Tom finds out that it’s actually Hannah he’s deeply in love with. Tom, who get’s chosen as Hannah’s maid of honor tries everything to hinder the wedding and to win Hannah’s heart…

For last night’s movie premiere, where the guests could taste some delicious wedding tart, Berlin’s first citizen - mayor Klaus Wowereit and may German celebrities had shown up. The guest list contained the likes of Oliver Berben, Jytte-Merle Boehmsen, Anna Brüggemann, Tanja Bülter, Manuel Cortez, Norbert Dobeleit, Mirja DuMont, Bruno Eyron, Jan Hahn, Cherno Jobatey, Oliver Kalkofe, Franziska Knuppe, Kerstin Linnartz, Nova Meierhenrich, Tino Mewes, Tanya Neufeldt, Ulrich Noethen, Christoph M. Ohrt, Minh-Khai Phan-Thi, Inge Posmyk, Susan Sideropoulos, Loretta Stern, Janina Stopper, Jennifer Ulrich, Maike von Bremen, Nadine Warmuth, Mirjam Weichselbraun, Tobey Wilson and many others who had the big pleasure to see one hundred minutes of big entertainment on the movie screen after their walk along the “white carpet”.
On May the 15th, all German fans of cinema wil get the chance to forget their daily routine and get bewitched by “Made Of Honor”. After last night’s premiere in Berlin there will be some who not only get bewitched by Tom and Hannah, but as well by Patrick Dempsey and Michelle Monaghan who visited Berlin on this sunny spring day.
