As a prelude for tuesday’s event students and graduates of the Kunsthochschule Berlin-Weißensee present their conceptual designs. The afternoon starts with Munich’s Marcel Ostertag. Witty designs and a concept where qualitiy and comfort are the topmost priorities are the Moёt & Chandon Fashion Debuts 2007 winner’s main targets. The new founded label SINEMUS has it’s debut while Macqua under the creative management of Meike Vollmar sees it’s second appearance at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin. Both get supported by Markus Hoefels, founder of the New York top label Prouenza Schouler. Berlin was for good reason chosen as preparation for both label’s international breakthrough.

The final show of the day will be Michael Michalsky’s at Kulturforum, where he presents his label MICHALSKY, a mixture of classic style and influences from the streetwear.
