Melt! Festival 2008 lineup

With a superb lineup which includes Björk, this year’s Melt! festival is taking place from 18 to 20 July 2008 in Germany.

In the shadow of the huge caterpillars on the festival grounds, this year’s edition of Melt! will see even more international artists than in previous years, which made the organizers extend the festival from 2 to three days.

The highlight of Melt! 2008 and final show of the festival will for sure be the performace of Island’s superstar Björk on sunday evening who will perform with an orchestra including 15 persons. Her show will be her only performance in Germany in 2008. Of course the performances of Franz Ferdinand, the Editors, Kate Nash and from the electronic genre Burger/Voigt, Ellen Allien, Mathew Jonson - just to name a few - will make up for some of Europe’s festival highlights of the summer.
