New York Fashion Week: Calvin Klein women

Calvin Klein’s designer, Francisco Costa, displayed his preference for minimalism during his women’s Fall 2009 runway show.

sides, some dresses had velvet inserts, some had holes and in between there was also a lovely paillette-embroidered lace dress.

Fall/winter 2009 sees jackets graced with giant buttons and pumps with a ball hanging out in the heel.

Francisco Costa’s Fall 2009 Calvin Klein collection was elegant and wearable showing some affectations for details which made every piece an individual one.

Attendees included actress Kate Beckinsale and the models Natalia Vodianova and Eva Mendes, who posed naked in a television ad for Calvin Klein’s Obsession fragrance.
