Todaysart Festival 2007 - Day 2 - pictures and video

This is part two of our report of this year’s Todaysart Festival in The Hague - the one of it’s kind dutch multimedia event.

Being in bed by 7.30am on saturday morning i had set the alarm clock to 2pm. As my friday started at 7am i felt like some alien on saturday afternoon after some 24,5 hour day with only 5.5 hours of sleep afterwards…

After some refreshing bath i walked to the city centre from my hotel at the central station to see the vital The Hague shoppers enjoying themselves. My breakfast included some delicious portion of dutch french fries which are the best in the world as i can tell you from personal experience cause i was raised at the dutch border with at least one dose of fries a week.

After a while i found myself sitting at the Grote Markt which is some plaza which is surrounded by cafes that all belong to one owner - besides of the one i was sitting in front of: Silly. Had some great experience with the friendly waiter who gave me my third beer for free cause he nearly forgot my order due to the many beautiful Dutch people (of female gender) enjoying the september sun at the coffee tables.

Starting to write my report which i already talked about in our first report i sucked up the atmosphere like a sponge and thought about the advantages that living in some smaller city than Berlin sometimes can have.
