Tropic Thunder UK Premiere with Ben Stiller, Robert Downey Junior & Jack Black

Ben Stiller’s comedy Tropic Thunder premiered in London this week. 

The comedy trio Ben Stiller, Robert Downey Jr and Jack Black celebrated the launch of the movie amid a crowd of fans, which had them stopping by for a small talk and singing autographs.

Amongst the stars on the red carpet were American singer Anastasia, Brendan Cole and Zoe Hobbs, gold medallist Ben Ainslie, former Miss England Danielle Lloyd, model Gemma Atkinson, cricketer Monty Panesar, Louisa Lytton, Lady Victoria Hervey, Nikki Graeme and Bianca Gascoigne.

In the politically incorrect Hollywood parody ‘Tropic Thunder’ Ben Stiller, Robert Downey Jr., Jack Black and Steve Coogan play a group of self-absorbed actors who sign up to star in an action movie about the Vietnam War.

But accidentally the shooting of the film Tropic Thunder in Southeast Asia leads the main characters, action hero Tugg Speedman (Stiller), method actor Kirk Lazarus (Downey Jr.) and comedian Jeff Portnoy’s (Black) in a real drug war.

With a lot of humour and exaggerated ideas Ben Stiller, who wrote and directed the film as well as starring in it, pokes fun at his colleagues in the movie business.
